These Bike Hire Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the hire of bicycles from Warrington Cycle Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By hiring a bicycle from us, you ("you", "your") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
The hire period commences at the time the bicycle is collected and ends when the bicycle is returned to Warrington Cycle Hub. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Hire charges are as per the rates displayed at the time of booking. Payment is required in full before the commencement of the hire period. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
You must provide valid photographic identification and a security deposit before the commencement of the hire period. The security deposit will be refunded upon the safe and timely return of the bicycle, subject to any deductions for loss, damage, or late return.
You agree to use the bicycle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the bicycle for racing, mountain biking, or any activity other than normal riding on public roads and cycle paths.
You are responsible for the care and maintenance of the bicycle during the hire period. Any damage, loss, or theft of the bicycle must be reported to Warrington Cycle Hub immediately. You will be liable for any repair or replacement costs.
Warrington Cycle Hub is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the bicycle. You accept full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others while using the bicycle.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the commencement of the hire period will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded. No refunds will be given for early return of the bicycle.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
