We are pleased to host events and provide a series of training sessions to help people develop their skills on cycle maintenance, select a course below to view more details and book online.

Our Cytech trained mechanic will be delivering 3 levels of training in our fully stocked town centre workshop.

The Training Courses

Essential Maintenance Class

Cost: £15 Each - down to £10 in July and Augst
Time: 1 Hour
Times: Thursday evening 6.30-7.30 and Saturdays 10-11, 12-1, 2-3
Max Participants: Up to 8 People
Includes:
- M Check
- Inner tube change
- Regular cleaning and oiling guidance

Advanced Wheels Maintenance Class

Cost: £50 Each - down to £40 in July and August
Time: 2.5 Hours with 15 minute break
Times: Saturday 10am & 1.30
Max Participants: Up to 4 People
Includes:
- How to true and tension a wheel
- How to fit a spoke
- How to remove and re fit a loose ball Axle with bearing re grease
- How to remove and re fit a sealed Axle with bearing re grease
- Discussion on tyre pressures and treads

Advanced Gears Maintenance Class

Cost: £50 Each - down to £40 in July and August
Time: 2.5 Hours with 15 minute break
Times: Saturday 10am & 1.30
Max Participants: Up to 4 People
Includes:
- Full degrease and cleaning process of the gear system
- How to install a new gear inner cable
- How to setup and adjust gears
- Discussion on electric with adjustment

Advanced Brakes Maintenance Class

Cost: £50 Each - down to £40 in July and August
Time: 2.5 Hours with 15 minute break
Times: Saturday 10am & 1.30
Max Participants: Up to 4 People
Includes:
- How to remove and re fit disc brake pads including cleaning and noise reduction
- How to setup and align brakes to optimum level

Advanced Tubeless Maintenance Class

Cost: £50 Each - down to £40 in July and August
Time: 2.5 Hours with 15 minute break
Times: Saturday 10am & 1.30
Max Participants: Up to 4 People
